It is important that each client fully understands the cancellation
policy and stages of financial commitment. Therefore, I believe the best way is to put that simple procedure on record,
on this site, to avoid potential missunderstanding.
When you book an initial assessment, your time commitment
is a maximum of two hours, sometimes split into two single sessions. Your financial commitment at that point is BD 10 - nothing
else.
Training schedules will evolve as a result of the assessment.
Each agreed schedule is payable one month in advance. This is to facilitate my fixed schedule with other clients and
helps assist with your commitment process.
Thus your time and money are committed to one month's operation of
the mutually agreed plan.
If you cannot attend a session I will make every effort to
accommodate an alternative time, if it is possible. Although, if I cannot, I regret it will not be possible to provide
a refund, as I will have reserved that time for you.
Re-booking
is carried out on a monthly basis for as long as you want, with regular re-evaluations of the exercise programme as we
proceed.
I am a personal fitness trainer. As such, I do not normally
provide exercise programmes without the personal training. If you really only want an exercise schedule, which is not recommended,
I can provide it for BD 15, in addition to your orginal assessment session.
