no hassle entering details as we do that for you and we provide a full page to feature your villa, receive enquiries from
potential clients, confirm bookings and collect a deposit of 25%. From this deposit we deduct 12.5% of the booking value
and immediately send you the rest. The balance of payment we expedite for the due date, 8 weeks prior the booking date, and
have the full amount transferred direct to you from the guest. No waiting for your money.
At the time of featuring
your property or properties we require proof of ownership.
