The marina, with its restaurants, bars and vibrant nightlife
is a four minute drive away - close enough to be very convenient,
but far enough away not to bother you.
The famous Costa Del Sol beaches are just as close and for those not wishing
to drive after a night out, taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced, although we do recommend having a car.
Marbella,
with its sophisticated shopping and enchanting old town is a ten minutes drive. San Pedro is a few minutes away
and there are many first class golf courses within the area.

Bright and airy, with large windows and marble floors, there is a
small patio garden to the rear with driveway parking to the front.
The property has one double and two twin bedrooms,
one ensuite bathroom, one additional bathroom and a ground floor cloakroom.
The Lounge seats 7, with dining for
six. The Kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave,fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, sandwich
maker, electric kettle, cutlery, dishes, washing machine etc.
A full Sky satellite packages plus Stereo with CD, Cassette
& Radio are provided for your entertainment, should you need it!
All bed linen and towels are provided. A weekly
maid service is included.
In addition to this Villa there are several other Town Houses
available on Condes De Iza, some of which have four bedrooms with two doubles and two twins. Please ask for details.
Casa Kirsty is also available for long term rental.
