with amazing views of the valley, down to the coast in the distance.
There are 4 bedrooms, 1 master/ensuite, 1 double and 2 twins. It sleeps 8 and additional beds
can be arranged if required.
There is a large farm house style kitchen with an open fireplace, large living/dining room with
a log burner, and 2 bathrooms.
There are the normal mod cons including washing machine, fridge freezer, satellite tv, stereo/cd
player, video etc.
Outside is a sun terrace that runs around the house, providing all day sunbathing.
There are 2 further sun terraces next to the swimming pool. The latter is 8mx5m.
The villa is approached by private driveway and has private garage and parking.
The land and surrounding area is planted with peach and olive trees and is great for outdoor
activities.
The location of the villa is ideal: 45 mins NE of Malaga airport, 20 mins to the sea, 10 mins
to local shops. There are whitewashed villages with restaurants and bars all around.
A large lake is located 10 mins away where you can swim, fish, sail, horseride etc.
Access to the villa itself is by main roads, except the last 1km which is a rural lane, but
totally accessible in a normal car.
